Admiring The Azaleas

Tom gave me a membership to The Dallas Arboretum this year for Valentine's Day. He knows how much I enjoy flowers and gardening...so he thought it would be something I could enjoy throughout the year with Chloe. I love taking her out there...whether we are having a picnic lunch, strolling around the grounds, or watching the ducks...there is always something pretty to look at! The scenery is gorgeous and it is just nice to be outside! Emily & Cole joined us today and we had a picnic lunch on the lawn. I love to admire whatever is in bloom. Some of the tulip beds are still pretty, but most are spent. They were already starting to plant impatiens for summer. The azaleas are out now...and they were amazing. A beautiful show of light pink, magenta, white, and even coral blooms. I'm sure we'll be out there again soon enjoying the nice weather! Mama & Chloe enjoying the pretty day Chloe Clapping...Yea Chloe! Sitting Pretty Cole getting his fiber in! ;o) Love the madras!
