Girls night, doggy playdate, gourmet dinner, and cake...all rolled into one. Honestly, what could be more fun? The only thing I can think of is watching a movie and eating cake in bed... We had an awesome evening together on the eve of her birthday while both of our husbands were out of town. She brought the most divine yellow tail tuna steaks over to share...along with some delish cake from her birthday party. Not sure what I enjoyed more...the company, the tuna salad, or the yellow cake with lemon curd filling from Society Bakery (a favorite). Hmmmm....it is a toss up for sure.
Her handsome man, Boudreaux, came over to romp with Figaro & Enzo. It is only fair that they have an occasional playdate too!
