Monday Fun-Day

I'm not sure I can think of a better way to start our week! Our Monday began with a playdate at Willowbend with Em, Jennifer, and Cristi. After the kiddos were tuckered out from the playarea, we headed to Jerseyville for a bite to eat. Not that it is my favorite restaurant, but I would definitely go back. Gotta love it when 4 mammas and 6 kids can totally invade a restaurant...and be pleasantly greeted despite our entourage of highchairs, strollers, puffs, baby food, sippy cups, chic-fil-a...and lord only knows what else. All 10 of us were having a great time, so Emily had a brilliant idea to relocate our playdate to her house. While there, she introduced us to a new friend of hers(and now ours too)...Sophia! Coley & Chloe had so much fun playing with Jackson, Katie, Makenna and Jack! Despite Cole's awesome stack of toys, we were surprised to see they could have that much fun with an empty pampers box (especially the 3 & 4 year olds). It was getting close to dinner time and the consensus was that none of us really felt much like cooking. We called our lads and met up for pizza at Palio's! A family pizza night on a Monday was totally impromptu (much like the entire day) and quite fun! You know you're with good friends when you spend the entire day together and you are sad to part ways! Sophia is a champagne beverage that Sophia Coppola created that is basically in a juice box format. It is pretty darn awesome and I think we were all in agreement they were designed with us in mind.
