Chloe's 1st Birthday

Chloe had a great 1st Birthday today! We couldn't wait for her to wake up so we could go in her room, see her sweet smile and give her a big birthday hug. We greeted her singing Happy Birthday! She thought it was so fun and it definitely made her giggle. I got up a little early to make Chloe her favorite breakfast...pancakes! She gobbled them down and we played for awhile with Grandma & Grandpapa before it was time to go to our last swim lesson.

Today was swim class graduation from our Acqua Tots Class!

Chloe received her diploma (aka certificate of completion) and then afterwards we went to Chic-fil-a with Grandma, Grandpapa, Em & Cole to celebrate Chloe's birthday! Since it was such a busy morning, it was definitely time for a nice long nap! After Chloe got up we headed to the park to swing...since it is one of her most favorite places!

Already time for dinner, presents, and cake!?!?! Where has the day gone? This mama hasn't even had a spare minute to take a shower after swim lessons...thus the lovely attire and hat! Oh, well...

Here is a very amateur video clip that I took... It isn't very professional at all...but looking back on it we will always remember the fun day we had celebrating our sweet little girl's 1st birthday! We love you so much Chloe. You have brought so much joy to our lives and we thank God for our sweet little blessing every day.
